Corporate governance, Risk management and Legislative Degree 231/01

Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 prescribes a regime of administrative liability (substantially comparable to criminal liability) of legal entities which supplements the liability of the individual which has actually committed a crime and aims to involve in the penalty thereof the Entities in whose interest or for whose benefit the crime has been committed. Entities, however, can adopt organization, management and control models suitable to prevent crimes from being committed.

In this context, the objective of gda is to create value in the management of a corporate governance system, in line with the highest levels of control and efficiency.

Gda is specialized in guiding the company toward optimization of the organization through the management of advanced systems for governance, performance measurement and risk management. 

In particular gda offers the following services:

• Activity of risk assessment and gap analysis;
• Preparation and implementation of the organizational, management and control models;
• Design of ICS (Internal Control System) and, eventually, construction a regulatory framework (procedures, regulations, protocols, etc.) capable of governing the activities at risk, evaluation of the existing system and its possible adaptation;
• Create a Code of Ethics;
• Training activities;
• Compliance Audit;
• Participation in the Supervisory Body (OdV) and / or technical support to undertakings already established.
